Delivery

We aim to make ordering your new electric fire or stove as easy and stress-free as possible, including delivery.

FREE Delivery:

All of our fires come with FREE delivery to most UK mainland addresses. For delivery to the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands, a delivery fee may apply and will depend on your postcode. Please contact us should you be ordering from one of these locations so we can confirm the delivery cost.

Delivery Method:

Electric fires can be large and heavy, so please ensure you have planned a means to get your new fire into your home. Drivers are not insured to bring deliveries inside properties, or up steps or across uneven ground. They will be able to bring the fire as close to your property as possible, this know as “kerb side delivery”. If your home has restricted access or requires a small delivery vehicle, please let us know.

Delivery Times:

Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Checking Your Delivery:

Please inspect the packaging carefully for any visible signs of damage before signing for your delivery. If you find any damage, please mark the delivery note as ‘ damaged’ and take an image on your phone if possible, and then contact us as soon as possible.

Lead Times:

Most of the fires we sell are stock items, but some of the premium fires we supply are built to order and have longer lead times. Please see the guide below for typical lead times.

This is a guide only, we strongly advise you do not book an installation date until you have received your new fire. We cannot be held liable for any additional costs caused by a delay in delivery.
