Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have a showroom in central London where you can see a selection of our luxury electric fires in person. Our showroom is located in Bermondsey, SE16 4DG (open by appointment).

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, all of our fires come with free delivery to most UK mainland addresses. Additional charges may apply for deliveries made to the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands. More on Delivery.

Who can install an electric fire?

Unlike a traditional wood or gas fire, electric fires do not need to be installed by a qualified fitter, and can be installed by you or a regular tradesman. Simply plug in, switch on and enjoy the flames. (You may need a qualified electrician to move or install a new socket if required).

Do electric fires require a chimney or flue?

No, electric fires do not need an expensive chimney or flue, making them ideal for any property type or room. Being flueless also eliminates ongoing maintenance costs.

Do electric fires produce heat?

Yes, most electric fires and stoves can produce up to 2kW of heat if required. Running your electric fire on ‘flame only’ allows you to enjoy your fire year round without the heat. Typical running costs of an electric fire range from 0.5p per hour for ‘flame only’ to around 60p per hour on maximum heat output 

Are electric fires safe?

Unlike a traditional wood or gas fire, electric fires do not have a real flame, making them much safer for homes with pets and young children. Electric fires don’t produce harmful emissions like carbon monoxide or smoke, making them safer for indoor use

 Can electric fires be installed in commercial buildings?

Yes, electric fires are ideal for installing in hotels, restaurants and other public spaces. They are easy to install, don’t require an expensive flue or annual maintenance, and don’t have a real flame or produce harmful emissions, making them safe for use in a public setting.

What is your warranty policy?

As authorised dealers for the brands we represent, all of our fires come with a full manufacturer backed guarantee. Warranty policies and timespans will depend on the fire you have purchased.
